Yes. Your domain name will be registered in your name. This makes it easy if you ever need to transfer your domain away.
Yes. When your complete payment has been made you will own the site. This means if you want to take your website to another provider you can do that. There are no hidden charges.
Yes and no. Depending on your new provider I can only help to a certain extent. 3rd parties (myself) would need permission from the account holder (you) to be involved with your account elsewhere. Some hosting providers have great customer service and technical support, others don’t. For example; I can’t guarantee someone at GoDaddy will be able to tell me your server and hosting specifications so I know if your site is compatible or if your domain has been transferred successfully. The more people involved the harder a transfer and setup can be. I will always do my best and offer as much help as I can.
During your free consultation we will discuss the requirements of your website. From this I will make a summary of your requirements along with the costing and timescale. If for any reason the timescale needs to be changed I will inform you in writing by email.
Yes. For alterations I will charge at an hourly rate of £20. You will need to be very specific with your alterations request to ensure they are completed fully. Alterations need to be submitted by email. Anyone on my premium hosting plan will receive 2 hours of work monthly which can rollover.
Payment method details are given when you receive your invoice shortly after the first free consultation. I accept cash, bank transfer or PayPal.
Standard hosting has no caps or limitations. Includes email hosting, unlimited mailboxes.
Premium hosting offers the same as standard but also includes 2 hours of work a month, increased security, weekly site backups and more.
